Mixed lettuce leaves
6 roma tomatoes, sliced
2 tablespoons capers, rinsed
350g smoked trout
100g whole almonds
¾ cup apple vinegar
2 tablespoons mustard oil
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
50g flakes almonds, toasted
